IDT Announces Care Package Drive for Operation Gratitude

Arlington, VA—February 7, 2018- Innovative Defense Technologies (IDT) announces a Care Package Drive in support of Operation Gratitude. The outreach, which begins on Wednesday, February 14, will encourage IDT employees in all four company offices to donate items for inclusion in Operation Gratitude care packages.

Every year, Operation Gratitude sends over 200,000 care packages to Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen, Marines, Coast Guardsmen, Veterans, First Responders, Military Families and Wounded Heroes. The boxes are individually addressed and include personalized letters and a variety of purchased and handmade items.

IDT’s Operation Gratitude Care Package Drive will run from February 14-28, 2018. A wish list of requested items has been distributed to employees. Collection boxes for donations will be located in each office.

This is the third time IDT has partnered with Operation Gratitude. In the past, employees have made paracord survival bracelets and written letters to deployed troops. The company looks forward to supporting Operation Gratitude’s efforts to encourage our US Military and other heroes.
