Innovative Defense Technologies was proud to participate in two recent defense events focused on accelerating operational capability across the Naval and fires communities: Future Indirect Fires in January and AFCEA West this past weekend.
At Future Indirect Fires, discussions centered on the evolution of integrated fires, interoperability across domains, and the growing need for faster, tactically informed decision-making. As the fires enterprise modernizes, the ability to test concepts, evaluate Courses of Action, and assess system performance in realistic operational context is becoming essential. IDT appreciated the opportunity to engage with leaders across the community and better understand emerging priorities shaping the future of indirect fires.
Most recently, AFCEA West brought together Naval leaders, operators, and industry partners focused on modernization, integration, and readiness. A consistent theme throughout the event was the urgency of delivering software-driven capability at speed without sacrificing rigor, trust, or mission relevance. Conversations reinforced the importance of open architectures, rapid integration approaches, and mission-based testing environments that help collapse timelines and accelerate Fleet-ready outcomes.
Across both events, IDT valued the direct engagement with customers and partners working to strengthen operational advantage. These discussions continue to inform how we build and deliver solutions that enable faster integration, improved assessment, and trusted capability delivery in complex operational environments.
